Metal Fabricators: Cutting a wide variety of shapes in materials such as mild steel, aluminum and stainless steel in thicknesses up to 6". "Onesey/twosey" work is a perfect fit for waterjets because of the minimal setup time required.
Machine Shops: From tool steel to exotic metals, our waterjet can blank parts out of thick materials saving valuable mill time as well as reducing mill setups and tooling expense. Or, blanking parts out of sheet material instead of using bar stock will save on material costs as well as saw time and extra setups.
Tile, Marble & Granite Contractors/Suppliers: Complex designs, inlays and mozaics are all possibiliteis with the combination of the waterjet machine and the PC control. Our machine from Flow Corporation is equipped with their patented Ultra-Pierce, Vacuum-Assist system which eliminates cracking and chipping in these hard materials.
Custom Fabricators (Motorcycles and Hot Rods): You draw it or sketch it and we can cut it - from primary covers with intricate shapes to precision instrument panels.
